Return & Replacement Policy 

If there are any issues with our orchids within 10 days from orchid delivery date, please notify us right away with a photo of the damaged item at orchidman@orchidmannyc.com. We will replace it free of charge.

Due to the nature of live orchids, we regret that we cannot be responsible for the health of the plants beyond this time period and we cannot offer you any replacement or refund.
